I wanted to share something really inspiring.  It’s Matt Cutts’ TED Talk on trying something new for 30 days. It’s a short and sweet presentation sharing how trying new things gave him courage and helped him to grow personally.

I am grateful to have learned about how meditation works on our physiology and the seven states of meditation.
