Thought for the day: I accept all that life offers me today, knowing nothing is static

Daily Quote:
If you can love and if you can laugh, totally, wholeheartedly, your life will become such a bliss and a benediction, not only to yourself but to everyone else. You will be a blessing to the world.” ~Osho

Today’s message from Osho is about living in balance.

Osho used the tightrope walker as an analogy. He believes that to stay in the middle is not living. As there is night and day, light and dark… we often move forward and back to keep in balance on the tightrope that is life.

We should appreciate life, both the sadness and joy. From sadness, we learn to appreciate the joys of life.

From the course:
Life consists of extremes. Life is a tension between the opposites. To be exactly in the middle forever means to be dead. The middle is only a theoretical possibility; only once in a while are you in the middle, as a passing phase. It is like walking on a tightrope; you can never be exactly in the middle for any length of time. If you try, you will fall.”
