20140522-205045.jpgOur disembarkation in Victoria, Canada (our last port) was delayed and we only had a few hours on port.  We had an excursion and our first stop led us to an olive oil tasting store.  They also had a vast amount of different balsamic (dark and white) available to taste and purchase.  That night someone made olive oil ice cream using liquid nitrogen which was placed on top of a flat cookie and then topped with orange flavored balsamic vinegar.  I was grateful for this really interesting and unique tasting experience.
