20140419-143520.jpgI am grateful for day 6 of Oprah and Deepak Chopra’s Finding Your Flow Meditation Experience.

So far, we have had the following meditations:
Day 1: Finding Security (Lam)
Day 2: Finding Happiness (Yam)
Day 3: Finding Power (Ram)
Day 4: Finding Love (Vam)
Day 5: Finding Expression (Ham)

I needed today’s meditation in a big way. Sometimes, in life, we hit a patch and we seek the comfort of what we know.

Yesterday afternoon, I chose fear, instead of love, because it was familiar and because I was scared, but I knew that was the wrong choice.

Today is a new day, and I am able to see much more clearly why I made the choice that I did and what impact my choice will have in my life.

I realized how much more work I need to do on myself and in facing and breaking fears. I can learn and grow by tuning into the wisdom within.

Today’s centering thought is “my wisdom is within.”

Today’s Sanskrit mantra is Om, which means “I am wisdom.”
