I am grateful for tangerines. They make cute pyramids, they taste great, and the scent makes you happy!
My friend, S, has been wanting to try this (from liquid to taffy) Nerunerunerune candy since seeing this on a viral video, but it wasn’t available in the US (as far as I know).
I received the grape flavored set from Japan a couple of weeks ago, and the last set (ramune flavored) just arrived. I just told S, who barraged me with super-excited texts!
I miss some of the Japanese treats I used to buy when I was working there. There were also some super-potent, tiny mints in a flat, metal package that I liked. I don’t remember what they were called. I used to buy local mikan (clementines) by the bagful–yum!

Japan has so many cool stuff. There vegetables are so cute and fresh. Mine would be the strawberries. There were so fragrant and sweet–nothing compared to here. It would be nice to visit or live there again.

I want to visit there again, too, but I don’t think it will happen for a while.
