The body is very amazing. With it we can do so many wonderful things like hug, give a smile, laugh at a joke, cry to release pain, smell something scrumptious, taste something new, see amazing views, especially as you walk from point A to point B, hear beautiful sounds, feel warmth…

It takes a beating as we plod through each day, especially when we are stressed or we don’t eat very well. We sometimes take it for granted.
